At Revivesfit, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth return and refund process.


Return Policy:

We offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Purchased directly from our website (not applicable to third-party retailers).

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).


Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.


Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the return does not meet our policy criteria, you may be offered a store credit or exchange.


Exchanges:

If you’d prefer an exchange for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and specify your preference for an exchange in your return request.


Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.


Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@revivesfit.com. We will arrange for a return and cover the return shipping cost.
